2. We bring the studio to you
Your photographer arrives with a camera, lighting and portable neutral background. A small clear area is normally enough; you do not need special natural light or photography equipment.
3. We photograph and check the image
We guide head position and expression, take multiple frames when necessary and check framing, focus, lighting and the application measurements. Appointment length depends on the number and age of participants; babies and accessibility-focused visits may require additional time.
4. You receive the required format
We prepare the printed photos or application-specific digital file included with your booking. Delivery details are confirmed before the appointment.
Printed Passport Photos vs. Digital Online-Renewal Files
Printed Canadian passport applications and eligible online renewals use different photo specifications. Printed applications generally require two identical, unaltered 50 × 70 mm photographs. An eligible online renewal requires an original JPEG file captured in person by a commercial photographer and prepared to the current digital dimensions and file-size rules.
