Which On-Site Photography Service Do You Need?

Mobile Passport and ID Photos

Family, Maternity and Birthday Portraits
A home can provide a familiar setting and meaningful personal details. Share who will attend, the look you prefer and photographs of the room before booking. Events, Celebrations and Corporate Gatherings
Event coverage follows a timetable rather than a fixed portrait list. Tell us about the venue, guest count, speakers, key moments and any group photographs you need. Property and Business Content
For a listing, short-term rental or business location, start with the specialist real estate photography, Airbnb photography or commercial content packages. Share the property size, intended use and required photographs or clips. Video and drone work require separate confirmation and are not automatically included in a portrait appointment.
Will Your Home or Office Work for a Photoshoot?
You do not need to prepare a permanent studio, but we need to check the working space. A photograph of the proposed room is more helpful than simply describing it as large or bright. Include the area behind the subject and the space where the photographer could stand.
- Room and background: send a few room photographs, approximate dimensions and your preferred look.
- Access: mention stairs, elevators, loading arrangements and any access restrictions.
- Parking: explain where equipment can be unloaded and whether parking or venue fees apply.
- Timing: allow for the agreed setup and pack-down time, not only the time spent taking photographs.
- Venue approval: arrange any necessary permission with the property owner, office coordinator or facility before the appointment.
We will discuss background and lighting options for the space. If the room cannot support the look you want, we can consider a different setting or a Richmond Hill studio session. Results depend on the actual conditions; one setup will not suit every location.
How Much Does a Mobile Photographer Cost?
The quote depends on the type of work, location, number of people, coverage time, edited-image selection, setup requirements and intended use. A short personal portrait appointment is not a price guide for a full event, team headshot day, wedding or video production.
Check the relevant photography packages, then ask us to confirm what is included, any travel or venue-related charges, applicable tax and the total before booking. At-home styling, extra coverage and additional deliverables may change the quote.
Passport Pricing Is Separate
Our current mobile passport service has its own location and appointment-based prices in Canadian dollars:
- Eligible local adult appointments: from $79.
- Standard Toronto and GTA mobile visits: $100.
- Baby, newborn, senior or limited-mobility appointments: from $100.
- Extended GTA appointments: from $120.
- Additional person at the same address and appointment: $25.

Preparing for the Appointment
Once the session is agreed, clear the working area without moving heavy furniture unnecessarily. Keep the outfits and agreed props ready, and share a short priority list. For an office, appoint one coordinator and let employees know their time slots. For a family session, discuss the combinations that matter most and allow room for breaks.
For styled birthdays, send the reference before purchasing props. Decorations, an edible cake and special backgrounds are not automatically supplied with every mobile session. If you need a themed setup, agree the responsibilities and costs in advance.
Areas, Scheduling and Delivery
We serve Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Scarborough and other GTA locations by arrangement. For visits farther away, send the exact service location so we can confirm availability and any travel charge. Do not assume the same travel terms apply to every service.
Tell us when you need the finished photographs before booking. For portrait packages with image selection, the typical editing window is 3–5 business days after you choose your favourites, subject to the agreed package. Event galleries, larger projects and videos have their own delivery schedule. Passport print and digital delivery should be confirmed for the particular appointment and application.

Do you bring professional lighting?
We plan the camera and lighting equipment for the agreed service and available space. Backgrounds, specialist equipment and additional crew depend on the booking; describe your requirements before reserving a time.
Can you photograph a whole team at our office?
Yes, subject to scheduling and space. Share the number of people, desired background, office location and available hours. Our corporate team headshot service covers this workflow separately from an individual portrait appointment.
Can you visit a hospital or long-term care residence?
For passport and ID appointments, tell us the person’s needs and the facility’s visitor and photography requirements. Confirm permission, access and a suitable appointment time with the facility before booking.
Is a mobile appointment always cheaper than a studio session?
No. Travel, equipment setup, coverage time and location requirements affect the total. Compare the relevant packages and request a quote for the service you actually need.
Can I book photography and video together?
Ask us when enquiring. Share the intended use, coverage schedule and required clips so we can confirm availability, crew, deliverables and price. Video is not automatically part of a photography package.
