If the facility has its own screening, personal protective equipment, or entry requirements, please send those instructions when booking. A client does not need to stand for a passport photo. When possible, the photograph can be taken while the person remains safely seated in a wheelchair or supportive chair. We adjust the backdrop, camera height, lens position, and lighting around the client rather than asking the client to move unnecessarily.
For a person who is bedridden or unable to sit upright, we first assess the available space and safest practical position. A caregiver or medical staff member may help with positioning when appropriate. We never ask a client to make a movement that feels unsafe or conflicts with their care instructions.

Extended GTA pricing starts from $120, and a travel fee may apply depending on the location. The final price is always confirmed before the appointment.
